Iana, back to the roots.
Iana, back to the roots.

1950 .
Expanscience Laboratories has been a French, family-owned, and independent company since 1950. It became a mission-driven company in 2021 and is the world's first B Corp certified pharmaceutical and dermo-cosmetic laboratory. Recognized for our expertise in osteoarthritis and joint problems, we have been partners of the French Association for the Fight Against Rheumatism (AFLAR) for over 10 years.

2024 .
At Laboratoires Expanscience we are committed to mobility and are launching IANA, a new holistic brand dedicated to healthy physical and emotional aging.

Iana, a reason for being… good!

By 2050, the number of individuals aged 60 and over in the world will have doubled (1).

Although the first signs of aging appear as early as 45 years (2,3), they may originate from a decrease in mobility, mainly linked to the appearance of joint discomfort (4,5).

Moreover, 1 in 2 French people suffer from it frequently from the age of 45 (5.6); this so-called "in-between" age, halfway between the boomers and Generation X: too old to be young and too young to be old…

This category of the designated population is in the crosshairs
by the term Nold (contraction of never and old - never old ) ?

Well-being and healthy aging, for a synchronized calming of body and mind…

For these more than 17 million French people aged between 45 and 65, through IANA, we are delivering new avenues for well-being: solutions containing plant-based active ingredients , designed to preserve joint mobility and provide renewed comfort from the first signs of discomfort.

Objective: to feel good in your body and mind, for a long time.

In & Out.

By aiming for overall well-being - which seeks to no longer separate the body and the mind - we act on several situations that can be associated with joint discomfort by offering a routine adapted to your needs.

And, in parallel with the care to be applied for the comfort of the joint areas, we have designed a range of plant-based food supplements with a dual action, both physical and emotional.

Where does the name Iana come from?
Where does the name Iana come from?

A contraction of Iaso and Nature, " iana " draws its essence from the union between nature and well-being. In Greek mythology, Iaso is a goddess of healing, daughter of the god of medicine Asclepius and the goddess of health (Epione).

Through iana , we are committed to promoting holistic healthy aging by reconnecting nature and well-being, promoting environmental sustainability and encouraging connection to nature.
